Our morning and evening sessions continue as per schedule throughout the Autumn and Winter months. The new season simply brings new challenges and we enjoy the benefit of lots of fresh air and the great outdoors at a time when it can be difficult to find something to do outside.
You'll experience great fun an camraderie with these group workouts as well as improving or maintaining your fitness level.
You don't need to be a great runner or have huge muscles, just a willingness to have a go and do what you can. You'll surprise yourself. Modifications to exercises and intensity are made to enable people with a range of abilities and capacities to work together, and progress at their individual rate. The link from an unbiased participant below will give you an idea of a typical session during the winter months. (Palm trees not included!)
Don't veg on the couch when you could be improving your fitness and losing a few pounds (weight wise!) pre Christmas.
This is often the best time to start and you'll arrive into festive season and New Year in better shape than you imagined!
